Our history goes back to the early twentieth century when Cesare Pavin and his wife, Elisa, opened the Caffè Commercio in the center of Tombolo, a small town near Padua, Italy.
In the Caffè Commercio, they served not only traditional wine and spirits, but also coffee to their customers. This beverage was so popular with their customers that in a few years it became the main product.
Our Products
Pavin Caffè blends are produced through a roasting method that can be defined semi craftsmanship. A skilled operator, with the support of technological instruments, personally supervises every phase of the roasting process. Pavin Caffè combines tradition with technology, ensuring a double control, one made by modern software and one by the roaster master who, thanks to his experience, constantly checks the entire roasting process. Roasted coffee samples are constantly controlled through tasting analysis to confirm that the blends can be placed on the market. Internal analysis are supported by complete documentation about taste, blends characteristics, and assigned scores.

Every blend is roasted in Tombolo, Italy using a semi-artisanal method — personally supervised by a master roaster at every stage of the process.
