ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Standard shipping rates typically range from $5–$12.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 5 days at info@pavincaffe.us or (646) 496-6558 with your order number.
