Refund policy

At Pavin Caffè US, we take pride in the quality of our Italian coffee products. Because our products are consumable food items, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority and we are committed to making every order right.

Damaged or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pavincaffe.us or (646) 496-6558 with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a full refund to your original payment method, or a replacement order shipped at no additional cost.

Wrong item received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no charge.

Order not received

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and issue a refund if the package cannot be located.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Non-refundable situations

We are unable to issue refunds for: orders where delivery was successful and the product arrived in good condition, customer errors in shipping address entry, or requests made beyond the timeframes stated above.
